      <image:caption>Thanks for stopping by! I’m Natalie. Certified Nutritionist and research junkie. I’ve always been intrigued by food. Good, bad or indifferent, we all have a relationship with food. We kind of HAVE to eat, right? But it’s more than that. Food is the centerpiece at all of our family functions, holiday parties and vacations. Instagram is just booming with colorful posts of people’s meals. There are endless recipes online… And yet we continually seek more. Fun with food will never go out of style. Over the years, my love for food has morphed into a passion for researching and learning about all things natural and healthy. Not only for our bodies but for the world we live in as well. I firmly believe that we can all better ourselves whether it be physically or emotionally. Knowledge is power. There is so much life out there to eat up. So here we are, I’ve decided to take my interests to the next level and start this website. My hope is to inform and put some of my obsessive research to good use.
